PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Although we make every effort to post accurate information, we are not responsible for any typographical or illustrative errors. All photos are for representational purposes only. All prices, specifications, and images are subject to change without prior notification. Therefore, we will invoice merchandise at prices prevailing at the time of shipping. Catalog, website, and in-store prices may vary.
At Victoria COsmetics, we strive to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after they are processed. Customers will be notified via email once their order has shipped.
We mostly ship via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Currently, we do not accept orders or ship products outside of the continental United States. Other restrictions may apply.
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing item(s) must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the customer fails to provide proper notice within this time period, Victoria Cosmetics will not be responsible for any damaged or missing items.
All shipped orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus shipping costs if refused or cancelled by the customer.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused product(s) within 10 days of invoice. Products not returned within 10 days will be considered non-refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging with all applicable parts and documents. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. With the exception of shipping error or damaged items, original shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization number (RA #) written on the outside of the box. Please contact customer service at email@example.com to obtain a RA #. Returns or exchanges without a RA # will NOT be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping & insurance when returning products to us. Please do not ship returned items COD; all COD shipments will be refused.
All sales are final on certain products, including, but not limited to, opened or used items, all items in Clearance, and seasonal merchandise. For sterilization, contamination, and hygienic reasons, all sales are FINAL on brushes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
Sales tax will be added for all orders delivered in the state of Georgia, unless a signed exemption certificate is provided to us. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Any warranty, if available, is made directly by manufacturers to customers. Since each manufacturer has a different way of handling warranty issues, customers must contact the respective manufacturer directly to arrange for warranty replacement or repair. Please note that Victoria Cosmetics does not manufacture any of the products sold on this website and is not responsible for any warranty issues during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
